These terms govern your use of medical3pl.com. They do not govern any logistics services we may provide to you — those are covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two conflict, that agreement prevails.

The site is information, not an offer

Descriptions of services, temperature ranges, capabilities and procedures on this site are provided for information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or a commitment to perform any particular service for any particular material. What we will actually do for you is set out in a written quotation and agreement.

Accuracy

We take care to describe our services accurately and to avoid claims we cannot evidence. Regulatory references on this site — packing instructions, UN numbers, training requirements, permit regimes — are summaries provided in good faith and current at the date shown. They are not legal or regulatory advice, they change, and you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the current primary source.

Scope limits

We state plainly elsewhere on this site that we do not handle human prescription drugs, do not relabel finished human drug or device products, and do not ship Category A infectious substances. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to do any of those things.

Your submissions

When you send us an enquiry you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to send it. Do not submit patient-identifying health information, personal data about third parties, export-controlled technical data, or anything confidential, through the website forms. If you need to send us something sensitive, ask us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo, photography and code of this site belong to Medical 3PL or its licensors. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own or use our name or logo to imply a relationship that does not exist.

Where we link to another organisation's site, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the informational content of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from services we actually perform is governed by the agreement covering those services.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and the courts of Pennsylvania have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or statutory protections available to you where you live.
