This policy explains what information Medical 3PL collects through medical3pl.com, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you submit the quote form or the contact form we receive the fields you filled in — typically your name, organisation, work email, phone number if you gave one, country, and the description of what you need moved. We also receive the date and time of the submission.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and user-agent strings. These are generated by the hosting platform for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or heat-mapping.
- We do not set tracking cookies. The site stores a single local preference for your chosen language, in your own browser, which never reaches us.
- We do not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers — everything on this site is served from our own domain, so your visit is not disclosed to anyone else.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and keep a record of what was quoted and agreed. If we go on to work together, we hold the information necessary to run the account. Our lawful basis is the performance of a contract or the steps taken at your request before entering one, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered by email to our own staff. Our website hosting and email delivery are performed by service providers acting on our instructions. Where a shipment requires it, we share the information necessary with carriers, customs brokers and government agencies — that is the service, not a secondary use.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become accounts are retained for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Records relating to shipments, storage and customs are retained for as long as the applicable transport, customs and commercial record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Write to info@medical3pl.com and we will respond. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with comparable law, these rights are yours by statute and we will honour them regardless of where you are.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to do the work.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
