The global specialty couriers are genuinely excellent at what they do. They are also expensive, slow to onboard, and structured around minimums that start where most research budgets end. That leaves a large, badly served middle: the shipments that matter enormously to the person sending them and not at all to a national network.
What we are
A third-party logistics provider built specifically for research materials and biologics. We store across five temperature tiers, we label on stock rated for those tiers, we build and reconcile kits, we fulfil orders, and we prepare shipments — with their dangerous goods and customs documentation — for domestic and international lanes.
What we are not
We are not a laboratory, and we do not test. We are not a prescription drug wholesaler. We are not a global network with depots on four continents, and we will not describe ourselves as one. When a job is outside our scope we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.

No certification we do not hold, no metric we have not measured, no facility description we cannot show you. When we earn a certificate we will publish its number so you can verify it independently.
A price, not a discovery call
Send a scope and get a written price back. The industry norm is to publish nothing and qualify you for three weeks. We would rather tell you quickly whether we are a fit.
No minimums
One shipment or a standing monthly programme. We do not price small accounts out of the building, because small accounts are who this company is for.
The record, not just the tracking number
Chain of custody, temperature file, reconciliation, documentation pack. The things you need when someone asks you to prove what happened, a year after it happened.
Languages
We operate in English and Spanish. Not a translated website — quotes, documentation, and the people who answer your email. A considerable amount of the research and diagnostics work that crosses our lanes originates in or ships to Latin America and Spain, and being handled in your own language should not be a premium service.
